Finding a location for the wedding is probably the most important detail which needs to be figured out.  Without the ceremony location, there is no wedding.  Most wedding consultants are experienced.  Because of this, they know several different places to hold the ceremony.  If one place is booked and the clients are stuck on one date, the wedding consultant with experience will know ten more locations that are just as good.  In telling your wedding consultant the number of guests which the client expects and then type of reception that they want, she will be able to name off quiet a few possible locations for the reception.  She will also know which reception locations provide catering and which don’t.  It is very important to find a wedding consultant who is experienced.  The more weddings a client’s wedding consultant has done, the more knowledge she will have.

It is very important to have an organized wedding consultant.  Preparing a wedding is a lot of work with a lot of details which need to be ironed out.  Locations need to be booked.  Invitations need to be chosen, ordered, written, sent out, and RSVP’s need to be counted.  The invitations are important and they are a lot of work.  Many different people need to be hired, paid, and confirmed.  Photographers and videographers need to be hired to keep the memories of the special day.  Musicians or DJ’s need to be hired for both the ceremony and the reception.  These people need to be paid and confirmed. Confirmations are very important so that there is no miscommunication between the wedding consultant and the musicians.  Transportation also needs to be decided on, paid, and also confirmed.  This is a very important detail which if ignored, the bride and groom could be stuck at the ceremony with no ride to the reception.  That could put a damper on the special day.  The wedding consultant will make sure that every detail is taken care of.  This is why you need an experienced and organized wedding consultant.

The wedding consultant will also attend both the wedding and the reception to be sure that the special day goes smoothly.  The wedding consultant’s job is not done until the bride and groom drive off on their honeymoon.
